Grey Seer Scafter had been plotting in the grey mountains for years. He wanted supplies of the blood of the great stag, a very good ingredient in poison-brewing. When Maugrim and the tomb kings came to Athel Loren, the grey seer saw an opportunity to strike. After the battle of Artios glade, he sent two plaguemonks to sneak poison into the wood elves camp. The poison would spread quickly, and infect the wood elves so that the grey seer could kill their stags. Unfortunately for him, the plaguemonks accidentally put the poison into the beastmen camp, so he had to go back to his dungeon and plot once more.
